These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the www.owntradingacademy.com website (“the Site”), as well as the purchase of trading courses offered on the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, we recommend that you do not use the Site.

By registering and using the Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use.

3. Registration and Accounts
To access some courses, it may be necessary to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activities that occur under your account. It is also possible to access through private Google or Apple accounts. The Site is not responsible for the security and confidentiality of these companies. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchase of Courses
Courses offered on the Site are subject to availability. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the price indicated. All prices are expressed in € euros and may be subject to additional taxes.

5. Refund Policy

1. Digital Courses
   Since our courses are digital products, refund requests will be subject to the following conditions:
   • Full Refund: If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and you have not accessed more than 5% of the course content, a full refund will be issued.
   • Partial Refund: If you have accessed more than 10% of the course content, no refunds will be offered. The partial refund is 50% of the amount paid.
2. Reimbursement Requests
   To request a refund, you must:
   1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request”.
   2. Include your name, email address used for the purchase and the reason for the request.
   3. To do so within the period indicated above.
3. Refund Processing
   Once we receive your refund request, we will process the request within 7 business days. If approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.
4. Promotional Courses
   Promotional course purchases are final and are not eligible for refunds.
5. Policy Changes
   We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page and will be effective upon posting.

6. Intellectual Property

You agree to use the Site for educational purposes. Under no circumstances does the Site offer indications, suggestions or instructions on trading operations. It is under the sole responsibility of each person the investments made.

You agree to use the courses in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site.

9. Applicable Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Estonia.
